lessgentlemen replied to your photo: Eating my way through Chicago. Pho at Tank Noodle…. why you get your beef on the side? thats new to me. The beef gets over-cooked in the broth. I prefer to dip the raw beef into the broth for a couple of seconds for flavor, but not long enough to cook it.
