That bottom pic is a closeup of a what we call a “shoulder dimple, an indication of poor fit. You don’t even have to scrutinize the jacket closely. It’s as if they’re intentionally trying to illustrate the jacket’s poor fit. Now, look at full-body shot. The jacket is pulling quite a bit across the chest. I’m willing to bet, that if he let his arms hang at his sides, you’d see that the sleeves are a half-inch short. Verdict: Jacket too small.
